If your dead set on DMM I'd go with the renegade and I'm sure you'd be pleased. The sliding waist belt is a nice feature, but if your loaded down with gear or climbing the wide, it can move around on you a little bit. It says "candid review," but it's really just a bunch of dudes unboxing the harness, shooting the shit about and trying it on. The newer version is supposedly tougher, I've seen UKC reviewers in other reviews wearing them but no one seems to have published a review of the updated Sendero itself as yet.
